Monday, November 24, 2008 giving thanks it's late sunday night, and i've just now recovered from a marathon shoot we did on friday. i awoke at 4am friday morning and got to the studio at 6am, was camera ready by noon, and rapped at 2:30am. by the time i packed up and drove home it was 4am saturday morning. we shot a Special Edition of Rupaul's Drag Race, plus a series of commercials promoting the show, and a music video. doing the work wasn't as difficult as recovering from doing the work. the bounce back factor is a real bitch. i swear, could barely put a sentence together until a couple of hours ago... wait a minute, does that make sense? trust me, i ain't complaining. i'm grateful that people still wanna hire me, and that i can still do the work. Lahoma Van Zant is coming to LA tomorrow and will be staying with me till friday.
