Monday, April 19, 2010 I met Adam Lambert! Right after I snatched the trophy for "Outstanding Reality Program", I went backstage to the press area and bumped right into him. I had already planned to recite a lyric from one of his songs in advance if the situation presented itself, which of course it did. I looked him dead in the eye and said "You made me want to listen to music again". He said "OMG! That's the song I'm about to perform right now!" Needless to say, he fucking turned it O-U-T.
