wall to wall

visiting Walmart is like conducting a sociological study. it's absolutely fascinating to discover what's on the shelves, given the political and economical criteria the corporation requires from vendors. the bigger story is who's not on the shelves at Walmart. we were at the one in York, Pa. at 2:AM on friday morning, so we got to explore the store with virtually no other customers around.

this is what i bought:

salt-n-pepa - greatest hits $9.96
bob seger - greatest hits $8.82
carrie underwood - some hearts $8.82
robocop - dvd $9.44
5 "a new earth" by eckhart tolle @ $9.64 each
kashi "cinnamon crunch something" cereal - $2.00
4 rice dream/rice milk @ $1.76 each
4 vanilla yogurts @ $0.44 each
bolthouse mocha protein drink - $3.58
duracell triple A batteries/10 pack - $6.97
duracell A double a batteries/10 pack - $6.97
hannah montana tee shirt - $5.00
half liter bottled water/20 pack - $3.88
