Tuesday, February 26, 2008 a lil' Rusty i think Rusty was 8 years old when he posted a letter to my record label saying how much he enjoyed me and my music. i was so touched by his letter that i called him in Tennessee to say so. he was lovely, and clearly very surprised by my call. last week, i got an email from 23 year old Rusty saying he now lives in West Hollywood (wink wink) and that if i'm ever at the Beverly Center Mall, pop into his store so we can finally meet. well, yesterday i did just that. he's a wonderful kid with a great sense of humor. i'm gonna introduce him to Tom, Ben and some of the other warped kids i know. ps - the picture posted is of Tom at 8 years old. | Permalink 2009 RuCo, Inc.—All Rights Reserved |
