Monday, October 09, 2006 day & nightmy days and nights have been spent working on post-production for the movie. i did get away to Miami for a couple of days last weekend, but for the most part, i've been recording the soundtrack in TriBeCa and doing ADR in Harlem.after my ADR session on saturday night, i popped in to visit DJ Tennessee at a club where he was spinning called "no parking", on Broadway & 177th street. it's near the Manhattan entrance to the George Washington Bridge. i left there at 1am and decided to explore the upper half of the island on my bike, which, by the way, i never leave home without. it was a full moon and everything looked spooky and gorgeous. i ended up bicycling all the way home, which i think is about 7 miles. the area that rocked me the most was Riverside Drive. the buildings, parks, statues and monuments were amazing. i've seen it from a boat on the Hudson, but to experience it on a bike in the moonlight was extraordinary. | Permalink 2009 RuCo, Inc.—All Rights Reserved |
